Installation Instructions:

1. Download the ACORD Reader
   Download file size: 9.7 MB
   Download file: ACORDReader.exe
   (To download to your machine, right click on the link and select "Save Target As...")
2. Double click the ACORDReader.exe file that you downloaded.
3. Follow the directions as they are presented on screen.

Using Fillable Forms:

Once you have downloaded and installed the ACORD Reader, you are ready to start using ACORD Fillable Forms.

Minimum System Requirements

Before proceeding with this download, your computer must be running any one of these operating systems:

• Windows 95, 98, ME or XP
• Windows NT, 2000*

• Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher
• Netscape Navigator version 4.07 or higher

* Note: If you are using Windows NT or Windows 2000, your user account must have sufficient privileges to install software and modify the computer's configuration. Therefore, your account must be a member of the local administrator group or the power user group.
